Data Collection Professionals

Medical charts are reviewed by trained medical (Pharm.D. and RN) professionals. By using nurses and pharmacists to review charts, the abstracted information is of the highest quality. The first step in any successful research project is to understand the research questions. Once the research questions are determined, our clinical experts build a comprehensive and organized data collection tool that will meet the ultimate research goals of the project. Institutional Review Board (IRB)

All our research is fully HIPAA compliant. We have relationships with IRBs and can manage the submission of research projects for review, approval and waivers if needed.

Data Quality Assurance Tt

At the end of the medical record review/abstraction project, we provide a quality checked and assured final database. At various times throughout the review/abstraction process, we conduct reliability testing among our clinical professionals who are reviewing the records to insure data quality. We also conduct data quality checks on the final database before it is sent to our client.
